Mark is the creator of the wall of rhythm and texture that generates the energy and excitement Shakedown is known for.
He enjoys the freedom and challenge of playing with a four piece band as he fills the role of guitar, keyboard and horn section.
There is no mistaking the complete enjoyment Mark has while on stage.

Stephen Szawlowski ~ bass
Stephen is a bass player fully loaded with musical experience. He weaves his tasteful sound throughout each tune, complimenting Mark's guitar parts and building a sizzling groove with Marilee from the word go.
When Stephen steps center stage for bass solos or trading choruses with Mark, the master of groove becomes the master of melody. |

The groove starts here! It's strong, it's solid, it's funky, it's swinging.
Playing in the pocket is what it's all about for Marilee and together with Stephen and Mark, their infectious rhythms flow from the stage infusing everyone to move to the groove.

Jason is a party all in one. Whether we need down & dirty blues sax, or sweet & soft ballad style, Jason covers it all.
When he takes a breather from sax, Jason jumps in with another harmony to the background vocals, plays percussion, or just grooves, you'll always know where the party is!
